Delete Account and Data
This page explains how to delete your Nichtraucher Pro account and the associated data. It is the official deletion page for the App provided by Ismail Turan-Atmaca / Epiclapps.
1. Fastest option in the App
If you can access your account, use the deletion option directly in the App:
- Settings > Delete account
Deletion is confirmed there with your password, takes effect immediately, and can be matched to the correct account securely.
2. Request deletion by email
Alternatively, you can request deletion without the App installed by emailing supportepiclappscom.
If possible, write from the email address registered with Nichtraucher Pro. This helps us verify the account and prevent abuse. If you no longer have access to that address, include your username and enough information for us to identify the account reliably.

Thank you.4. Which data is deleted or anonymised?
When your account is deleted, we anonymise the account and delete the personal data stored to identify or manage it, including:
- username, display name, email address and password (only a password hash was stored);
- profile picture, bio and visibility settings;
- your entire quit-smoking and health profile (quit date, consumption profile, relapses and derived statistics);
- sign-in, push and password-reset tokens.
Posts, comments and private messages you have already published remain in anonymised form for community integrity, so conversations and support remain useful to other users. We remove their link to your account (username, display name, email address, profile picture and profile references); such content is then shown as belonging to a deleted account ("Deleted").
If an individual post or image itself contains information that identifies you, name it in your request. We will remove or redact it where it can reasonably be linked to your account or request.
5. What is retained?
Some data is kept for legal reasons or as evidence of our own actions:
- purchase and billing records under statutory commercial and tax retention duties (Section 257 HGB, Section 147 AO) for up to 10 years; store transaction data is additionally processed by the respective store provider (Google Play or the Apple App Store);
- moderation decisions and the notices sent about them: they are the evidence that we acted and informed you, and are kept for three years from the decision -- longer than the reviewed content itself; for content with a terrorist connection, the retention duty of Art. 6 of Regulation (EU) 2021/784 additionally applies;
- your acceptance of the legal notices, with timestamp and version, because it could otherwise no longer be evidenced;
- server access logs for security and operational purposes for up to 60 days;
- anonymised content and statistics that can no longer be linked to your account.
Residual copies in backups are removed within the regular backup-rotation cycle.
6. Processing time
In the App, deletion takes effect immediately. We process email deletion requests without undue delay and no later than 30 days. If we need more information to identify your account securely, we will contact you by email.
